Tropical Field courses

Within the framework of TROPIBIO, tropical field courses are being implemented in Lusophone partner countries, designed to provide junior researchers with hands-on experience in tropical biology and conservation issues within developing nations. Employing a case-study approach, the field courses delve into key themes in biodiversity and ecosystem research, and their relevance to promote sustainable development. The courses have an international focus and are targeted at junior researchers associated with the TROPIBIO project. Expert guidance is delivered by a combination of in-house and invited researchers.
