Filipa attended and presented at ECONET

The V Symposium on ecological networks took place in Palma, in the island of Mallorca (Balearic Islands). It was a special and novel Symposium in the sense that it brought together, for the first time, biologists and theoretical physicists who work on network theory or use it as an approach to understand the structure and functioning of biological communities. That was an excellent opportunity to share methodologies and results and it will serve as a platform to develop joint projects in the future.

Filipa´s talk was entitled "Emerging properties of species-habitat networks in fragmented landscapes: a multi-taxa analysis", authors: Ana Filipa Palmeirim, Carine Emer, Maíra Benchimol, Danielle Storck-Tonon, Anderson S. Bueno and Carlos A. Peres.
